Earn screen time by completing tasks
Toll does not block an app. It prices it. You earn tokens by clearing tasks, and a session costs more each time you buy one on the same day.
The rate
The first session is cheap. The fourth one is not.
The rate climbs with every session in a day: 1×, 1.25×, 1.5×, then 2×. Try a quote.
15 minutes × 1 token per minute × 1.5. Rounded up to the next token.

How it works
Plan a few things worth doing. Clear them. Pay to scroll.
Four rules, and the whole economy follows from them.
Plan before 11:00
Write down a few tasks and pick how each one will be proven. A task added before 11:00 can be cleared straight away; one added later waits 30 minutes first, so the list cannot be written to order a session.
Payout per task 5 to 30 tokens
Clear them, they pay out
Mark a task done and its tokens land in your balance.
Daily ceiling 90 tokens
Pay the quote to open an app
The barrier quotes a price for the minutes you want. Pay it, the app opens.
Base rate 1 token per minute
Tokens expire at 03:00
Yesterday’s discipline does not fund today’s scrolling.
Carry-over none
Questions
Before you install.
Can I just switch it off when I want to scroll?
You can always get through, by paying tokens you earned or with your weekly free pass. Revoking Screen Time access in Settings removes the barrier entirely. It is a tool for you, not a lock someone else holds.
Is this a parental control app?
No. Toll works only on the phone it is installed on, for the person holding it. No remote setup, no second account.
Can I buy tokens with money?
No. Tokens are earned only by clearing tasks. Premium changes the limits, never the balance.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
It is gone. There is no account and no server copy.
